Shift leads keep the bakery running when the managers are not there. You open or close, set the team up for the shift, look after guests and make sure every order is right.
What you will do
- Open and close the bakery
- Lead and support the team during the shift
- Handle guest questions and issues
- Count cash and complete shift checklists
What we are looking for
- Restaurant, cafe or retail experience
- Calm under pressure
- Good with people and with numbers
