Prep sets up every shift. You prepare the dough, toppings and sauces to the Al Manakeesh recipes so the oven has everything it needs before the doors open.
What you will do
- Prepare dough, toppings and vegetables to the house recipes
- Portion and label ingredients
- Rotate stock
- Keep prep areas clean and food-safe
What we are looking for
- Careful and consistent
- Comfortable with knives after training
- Early starts possible
