The oven is the heart of Al Manakeesh. You work the dough, top each round to the house recipe and bake it to order, so every manakeesh leaves the oven the way it should.
What you will do
- Shape and top dough to the house recipe
- Bake manakeesh and kaak to order
- Keep the oven station clean and food-safe
- Keep up during the busiest hours
What we are looking for
- Quick on your feet and careful with detail
- Happy to learn the recipes exactly
- Bakery or kitchen experience helps but is not required
